RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from PUBLISERV S.R.L. and you want to cancel your purchase and get your money back, or buy something else of the same value, you can apply for the product return procedure within 14 days, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of some normative acts.

A distance contract means a contract for the supply of products or services concluded between a trader and a consumer, as part of a sales system organized by the trader, using exclusively, before and at the conclusion of this contract, one or more distance communication techniques.

The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 days, without penalties and without invoking any reason if the products are not personalized.

The right to cancel the purchase does not apply to legal entities.

The 14-day period provided for exercising this right starts from the moment the customer takes possession of the product/products.

Consumer’s Obligations

The direct costs related to the return of products (delivery) are borne by the customer.

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal/return

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

– Supply of products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
– Used or damaged products

What happens if I received a different product than the one I ordered?
If you received a product different from the one you ordered, the shipping cost will be fully borne by us. You will be contacted by a Publiserv employee to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
